Bhalo bet is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bhalo bet and its users.

By creating an account or using bhalo bet, you confirm that:

• Online betting is legal in the area where you reside.

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

To register with bhalo bet, you must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and accurate personal details. Each individual may only open one account.

• Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• A National ID (NID) or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Keep your account password and login credentials private — never share them with anyone.

KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

Bhalo bet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount.

• Multiple accounts or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses are only applicable to specified games — the eligible games will be listed in the bonus terms.

• Misusing bonuses or breaching bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (where a live cash-out feature is available, it may be used subject to the applicable terms).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bhalo bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bhalo bet may withhold payouts pending investigation.
• Placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for slots and casino games is displayed in each game's info section. bhalo bet does not guarantee the RTP of third-party game providers but ensures regular audits are conducted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhalo bet. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's identity.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting bonus offers or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit platform security vulnerabilities or carrying out cyberattacks.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behaviour.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority.

Bhalo bet places responsible gaming at the heart of everything we do. We want you to play for entertainment — not out of compulsion.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• If needed, an account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• To permanently close your account, contact our support team — requests are processed within 24 hours.

You may close your account at any time. Similarly, bhalo bet may close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of false information or fraudulent activity is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

If an inactive account holds a balance, bhalo bet will retain that balance for a maximum of 24 months. After that period, any unclaimed balance may be forfeited.

Bhalo bet provides its services on an "as is" basis. bhalo bet will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets or gaming sessions lost due to an internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party software or payment services.
• Loss of password or account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by government restrictions or natural disasters.

If you believe a transaction, bet, or gaming result is incorrect, please raise a dispute by following the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact bhalo bet live chat support within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step Two: Send a detailed description, screenshots, and the transaction ID to us by email at support@bhalobet.click.
• Step 3: bhalo bet will complete its investigation and provide a response within 5 business days.
• Final Decision: bhalo bet's investigation findings shall be considered final.

Bhalo bet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
